Five Means of Grace invites participants into a clear and life-giving pathway of discipleship rooted in the teachings of John Wesley. This study explores five means of grace—prayer, searching the Scriptures, receiving the Lord’s Supper, fasting, and Christian conferencing—ordinary practices through which God shapes us in love of God and neighbor. With Rev. Dr. Elaine Heath’s accessible and engaging teaching, participants will discover how these ancient practices deepen faith, strengthen community, and lead us to live more prayerfully, missionally, and faithfully as followers of Jesus Christ.
The group begins Tuesday, January 6th, at 12:30 p.m. in the John Wesley Parlor (Room 233). Books are available online for $11.
