Parenting with Purpose | The Character of Easter
The Characters of Easter invites participants to encounter the story of Christ’s death and resurrection through the eyes of the ordinary, flawed, and unexpected people who witnessed it firsthand. From fearful disciples and compromised leaders to faithful women and traitorous friends, this study explores how God works through real people at history’s most transformative moment. This study offers a fresh, deeply human way to draw closer to Christ by walking with those who stood nearest the cross and the empty tomb.
The group meets on Wednesday nights in the John Wesley Parlor (Room 233) at 6:15 p.m., beginning January 14. Books are available online for $13.
