We are pleased to invite you to the Heartthrobs Luncheon on Tuesday, December 10, at 11:45 a.m. at Hilltop Grille. The Heartthrobs is a men's support group for those who have experienced heart-related health issues such as heart surgery, pacemakers, heart disease, and other cardiovascular problems. We are excited to have registered dietitian Kathryn Filipiak, the Nutrition Coordinator at St. Mary's Hospital, as the guest speaker of our luncheon. She will share how we can create a healthier relationship with food and enjoy foods that sustain us.
