Celebrate the Christmas season with our downtown neighbors at our Community Christmas Party! Join us on Saturday, December 9 for a lunchtime gathering in Hancock Hall as we celebrate together with a hot meal and Christmas festivities. Doors will open at 11:30 a.m. and the meal will be served 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.

Volunteers are needed for the following roles:

Cook the Meal | 10:00 a.m. in the AFUMC Kitchen

Room Set Up | 10:30 a.m. in Hancock Hall

Hospitality Team | 11:00 a.m. in Hancock Hall

Drink Team | 11:00 a.m. in Hancock Hall

Serving Team | 11:15 a.m. in Serving Area of Kitchen

Clean Up Crew | 12:00 p.m. in the AFUMC Kitchen
