Jesus Revealed | Lenten Study
Who is Jesus? As we journey through Lent, we invite you to explore the "I Am" statements in the Gospel of John.
I am the bread of life. (John 6:48)
I am the light of the world. (John 8:12)
I am the good shepherd. (John 10:11)
I am the resurrection and the life. (John 11:25)
I am the way, the truth, and the life. (John 14:6)
I am the true vine. (John 15:1)
These rich images and symbols paint a picture of who Jesus is. Please join us as we study Jesus Revealed: The I Am Statements in the Gospel of John by Matt Rawle. We are excited to offer this book to our adult small groups, Sunday school classes, and individuals.
We encourage you to consider incorporating one of these study offerings as part of this season of Lent:
- Individuals are invited to participate by using this study for a Lenten devotion.
- The Wednesday Morning Bible Study group is participating in this six-week study on Wednesdays, beginning March 1, from 9:30-10:45 a.m., in room 200 and via Zoom.
- Join Don Griner and Mary Lynn Lane as they lead the Wednesday Night Bible Study group in this study on Wednesdays, beginning March 9, from 6:30-8:00 p.m., in the Hull Conference Room and via Zoom.
- Small groups and Sunday school classes are invited to use this curriculum throughout the season of Lent.
