- Youth Information Form: If you have not already completed a 2018-2019 youth information form, you can do so using the link below. Each youth attending will need one of these filled out in order to participate in this event. The seventh graders who participated in the Confirmation Retreat in August should already have one on file, as well as all students who attended Harvest Retreat! Please turn in this completed health form at check-in.

9:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 16. Students can be picked up either from inside or at the Hancock Hall entrance breezeway.
The registration period for the Youth Ice Skating Night is November 20-December 9. The cost is $10; you can pay this fee either online when you register or via check or cash during check-in at the church. It’s very important to us that you register by the December 9 deadline. We have to order our ice skating tickets in advance and arrange for carpooling for our entire group of youth. The sooner you register, the better we can plan!
