Kari Kampakis | Sunday, January 28
Kari Kampakis is a blogger, author, speaker, and newspaper columnist whose popular books for teens and tweens have been used widely across the country to empower them through faith. Kari offers practical advice, loving support, and insightful discussion for families in the digital age. As part of our ongoing Parenting with Purpose series, we look forward to hosting Kari for two events on Sunday, January 28.
- 4:30 p.m. | Dear Girls, You are Stronger Than You Think
- This session is for mothers and daughters (fifth grade and older). Space is limited and registration is required. There will be a $20 fee per family to participate in this session. Kari's books and talks help girls navigate the big topics of their generation- friendship, identity, social media and faith- so they can discover their best life possible.
- 6:30 p.m. | How to Love Your Teenager: Navigating Your Relationship into the Teen Years
- This session is for parents of pre-teens and teenagers. Kari will be sharing tools to equip parents to connect with and support their children through their teenage years. Registration is requested, and there is no cost to participate.
These events are open to all families; you do not need to attend our church to participate! We look forward to an exciting evening of learning and growing together. For more information about Kari Kampakis, please visit her webpage.
Please note that online registration will close on Friday, January 26, at 3:00 p.m. If you have not registered prior to that time, we invite you to join us on Sunday anyway! Walk-in registration will be available for both the 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. sessions.
