We hope everyone is working hard to stay healthy and well. This is a time to take a moment for self-care. Listen to music, sing, dance, and move with exercise that makes you happy, and simplify your environment. Maintain a good sleep routine to keep you energized during the day and reach out in service to others in safe ways. And always take time to be quiet, reflective, and prayerful.
